I bought this cookbook because I’ve followed Heba on Instagram for a year now and always appreciated her transparency with her food and diet. I also trust her nutritional advice way more than I trust IG models with no science background trying to sell me laxative tea and vitamins, haha. When I first saw Heba was putting out a cookbook, I was stoked to say the least. After waiting a while for it to be ready, I can honestly say that it exceeded my expectations. So far, I made some of the meal preps, one dessert, and two dinners included. The macros are very accurate and help me gauge my intake per meal even if I tweak the ingredient amounts or sub an ingredient. All the ingredients, macros, and instructions are clearly organized for each recipe and it all fits nicely on like one page of the pdf so I don’t have to scroll around a bunch like with online recipes. There’s high carb recipes, low carb recipes, keto stuff, etc which works well for my needs since I don’t stick to one strict diet plan. Even better, the keto and low carb stuff is perfect for my boyfriend who has type 1 diabetes so I can share a lot of the deliciousness with him, too. Also, since Heba literally posts pics of the food she makes on her IG, I trust that the recipes actually work unlike some horrible keto Pinterest recipes I tried and failed at. Basically, the $30 was worth it just because it saves me time, the recipes are not boring whatsoever, and I can surprise my boyfriend with healthy versions of foods he thought he couldn’t eat anymore.

I decided to purchase Heba’s cookbook after seeing her instagram stories filled with different types of food. I’m a student, so I tend to struggle with figuring out what to cook on a daily basis. This cookbook has honestly changed the game for me. I no longer order food from outside because there are so many options in this book. If I do ever eat out, it doesn’t satisfy me as much. I’ve tried most of the recipes and they’re really easy to work with and you can replace certain ingredients without altering the entire meal. This is also the first cookbook that I have ever purchased. Amazing recipes and definitely worth the buy!
I bought this cookbook a couple of months ago, i’m not going to lie i had a very hard time organizing my meals, i’m a student and my schedule is very busy, so i was spending a lot of money eating outside because i didn’t have a lot of knowledge about meal prepping and healthy recipes.
This cookbook has changed my life ! Literally. I tried a lot of the recipes, even desserts and everything is so healthy and delicious at the same time. i am now able to eat more vegetables, i spend less money than before thanks to the meal prepping, i am more organized in my meals and i can satisfy my sweet tooth with all the healthy desserts recipes.

I bought this ebook because I was lacking inspiration for my meals. I didn’t really know how to build a healthy and tasty meal plan. « Healthy » labeled recipes on Insta never really satisfied me because my goal was not to have « perfectly healthy meals » , just good quality, original, tasty meals so my diet could be sustainable. Heba’s plan was perfect for that. It is very detailed, very pretty and easy to read, versatile, inspiring (for creating other meals) especially for the snacks!! I’m not on a Keto diet but I am on a healthy weight gain journey and the keto recipes helped me a lot to control my carbs intake. This cookbook teached me a lot of things : finding alternatives of traditional ingredients when baking/cooking ; tricks for diminishing carbs ; and what I love is that this cookbook is not one which is focused on the calories, it is rather focused on the quality of the meal and the micro nutrition. If you want to gain muscle, shed fat, or just eat REALLY healthier according to micro nutrition science, this cookbook is for you !!! If you want to have a basis to teach you how to build a meal plan with simple aliments, it is for you too !!! And if you are tired of the eternal sweet potatoe – chicken breast – brocoli or if you don’t know what to eat after your workout – it is for you too!!!! I really love this cookbook and it helps me so much not only to follow recipes but to giving me ideas and inspiring me to do my own meals and improvise – which was something I wasn’t able to do before!
I have been following Heba for years and love her content. I finally bought her cookbook two weeks ago. I’ve made seven different recipes out of the book and have repeated two so far and I LOOOOOOVE all of them, like I am obsessed and so is my husband. I love food but have been trying to find healthier alternatives that taste good. This cookbook is exactly that, super filling and nutritious meals that are easy and delicious. Highly recommend for people who are new to cooking, trying to find healthy meal ideas or just are sick of their same boring meals
