You MUST have access to a gym equipped with common machines and free-weight. Gyms like Planet Fitness will not work.

The ebook will be a downloadable file that you can access through your account on here. Please give me some time to process your order. The clickable table of contents and the interactive portions of the guides only work if you upload the ebook to your Dropbox app, open it in the Apple PDF viewer, or open it with the Adobe Acrobat Reader app. The links also work in chrome on a laptop. Otherwise, it can be opened anywhere since it is a PDF but the links may not work.

Let me just say, WOW! I completed Heba’s first 12 week guide and then started this one directly after and it is amazing to say the least. It is very advanced and pushes me more than I expected. This guide allows me to reach new PR’s and if I ever have any questions or concerns Heba provides me with guidance/advice.
This guide is very detailed in not only the exercises but also breaks down the diet portion and helps calculate your macros. I had never tracked my calories/macros previously and never realized I was under eating and this was a huge reason why I struggled with gaining muscle.
The private instagram page is very convenient for me, especially when I am at the gym and need to double check the form of a specific exercise. I love everything about this guide and I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to take themselves to the next level.
I bought Hebas first glute guide and it was amazing. I have been weight lifting for 4 years now and that guide really thought me so much. This guide is even better ! There is detailed videos with either captions explaining or a voice over, perfect amount of days and the workouts are not too long but very challenging. It’s crazy how much you really feel all the muscles in your glutes with her workouts! She also goes into detail about diet and exercise as well. You out did your self on this one heba ♥️♥️ I very much recommend
I don’t do reviews EVER but I just HAD TO come out and say this guide is just so unique! I can’t even begin to imagine the work that was put into this. Heba knows exactly what she’s doing when it comes to helping you grow those Glute’s! Iam On week 3 and I’ve noticed such a huge difference in my Glute’s. I’ve been working out for a while now and had reached a plateau but this guide got me right out of it. Iam sore even before i leave the gym, see The way she sets these exercises up for you is the key to booty growth. I’ve bought a bunch of other Glute guides and they are all full of basic stuff you are prob already doing but hebas “guide to greater Glute’s” is the complete opposite! Nothing compares to this guide, and you def can’t beat the price. I would have paid a lot more for this guide! Cannot wait to send in my results when Iam done with week 12.
You know, I bought a few other guides but quickly realized I had been scammed. I watched how dedicated Heba was to the actual science of muscle building. This is an extremely thorough guide that uses the right amount of sets/reps/days/programming that is backed by real research. I got this guide years ago and keep using it.
