6-Week Customized Meal Plan: I would recommend this to anyone!
I highly recommend purchasing a 6-week meal plan from Heba. It taught me what day to day eating should look like. I was under-eating and lacked energy during my workouts. Since completing the 6-week meal plan I have put on and maintained 8lbs, I have lost almost 2 inches around my waist, gained 2 inches on my quads, and 1 inch in my glutes.
